Founder and Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Gulesserian has a Master degree in Economics by the University of Western Ontario, Canada. From 1980 to 1990 Mr. Gulesserian worked for the Bank of Montreal initially in Montreal as sovereign risk analyst, later in Toronto as account officer of Corporative & Banking, Latin America, participating in the international debt restructurings of Mexico, Argentina and Costa Rica, and from 1985 to mid 1990 he served as representative of Bank of Montreal in Mexico. From mid 1990 to 1998, Mr. Gulesserian worked as manager of structured financing for leading institutions in investment banking in Mexico such as: ISEFI (subsidiary of Banco Internacional and agent for the federal government at important privatizations), INSERF (subsidiary of Grupo Financiero Interacciones) and Grupo Serficor.
